What will you be working on?
1) Develop partnerships and grow a strong expert network to enhance the program components
2) Oversee the onboarding processes and track the effectiveness of engagements to drive real impact in learning and user experiences
3) Monitor program metrics and user progress, proactively designing learning interventions and addressing delays
4) Manage program launches, track implementation and develop reports to communicate impact metrics transparently across key stakeholders
5) Identify opportunities for program improvement, run experiments to validate them and contribute to strategic changes in program design
6) Collaborate with Learning, Product, Engineering and Design teams to cross-functionally solve problems
7) Working closely with consumers and supporting their learning process through learning office hours
8) Demonstrate a strong ability to interpret data effectively, uncover trends, and establish patterns
Qualifications:
# Minimum of 1 year of program or project management experience.
# Proven ability to define program requirements and utilize data and metrics for continuous improvement.
# Demonstrated expertise in managing program strategy, overseeing end-to-end delivery, and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.
