Associate Program Manager - Placements Coach

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the learner experience and program outcomes of one of Upraised's core programs, which is instrumental to the company’s growth strategy. You will have the opportunity to work closely with learners and help them through crucial aspects of finally breaking into their dream role. 


As part of your day-to-day operations, you will be required to coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems. You shall have complete autonomy and freedom of ideation & execution for your scope.

A day in your life:

Here’s a list of responsibilities that will make up 80% of your days:

  • Working with learners in designing a robust application strategy to top companies 

  • Designing engagements with users on key focus areas that eliminate blindspots while interviewing, and help them upskill on practical aspects of the role

  • Ensuring that learners are ready with collateral materials such as resume and portfolio to get application ready in a timely manner

  • You’ll be focussing on creating systems for effective tracking and progress reporting

  • Creating interventions to ensure that candidates can best position themselves as the perfect candidate for a particular role
