As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing program outcomes and placements of one of Upraised's core programs, which is instrumental to the company’s growth strategy. You will have the opportunity to work closely with learners and help them through crucial aspects of finally breaking into their dream role.
As part of your day-to-day operations, you will be required to coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems. You shall have complete autonomy and freedom of ideation & execution for your scope.
What will the person do on day-to-day basis:
Build connects at Tier 1 tech startups to pitch Upraised
Manage a team to ensure we send out profiles of candidates graduating from our programs to companies and help them hire from us.
Analyzing data to understand the progress and pitfalls and proactively acting on the given insights
Identifying jobs posted online which are relevant and sending the most suitable candidates who match the job description to the company
Communicating updates, reports, and insights to the relevant stakeholders and including them in the decision-making process.
Overseeing macro data to generate relevant insights, for eg, placement reports etc.
Serving as a link between the companies, the current job market and the team at Upraised to ensure an alignment between our curriculum and the industry requirements

Past experience in having hired for Tech Startups, preferably product managers
