Job Overview:


As a Revenue Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance operations, including communication with finance partners and customers, managing loan applications from inception to disbursement, and providing support to sales agents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end finance operations, from processing loan applications to coordinating disbursements.

  • Communicate effectively with finance partners and customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth application process.

  • Coordinate with sales agents to ensure loan applications are complete and compliant with company policies and procedures.

  • Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information in loan applications to expedite the approval process.

  • Serve as the second point of contact for follow-ups with customers and provide assistance through chat support, email support, and other communication channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all finance operations activities.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.


Key Skills Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in finance operations, loan processing, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of finance principles and loan processing procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Experience with chat support and email management platforms preferred.
