Instructional Designer

This being our first hire in the curriculum/instructional design space, we want someone who’s a generalist — someone who can comfortably work in many different situations, someone who can lead initiatives and someone who’s a go-getter.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has checked most of these boxes:

  • Solid understanding of ADDIE, LOs, Action Mapping, Mayer’s Principles, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick model & other industry best practices

  • Experience working with LMS & relaying problems to engineers

  • Experience building coursework not restricted to K12 scenarios

  • Has built at least 1 coursework from scratch & taken it live

  • Worked in early-stage EdTech startups previously

  • Willing to go above and beyond to get the job done

  • Not be restricted to the JD. Can create sense from chaos

  • Good at documentation & building new processes

  • Has built, tested, released & updated courses

  • Curious individual who has taken up & completed several courses in various fields

Ofcourse, we understand checking all those boxes is impossible. Willingness to learn, do & perform trumps everything else.

Educational Qualifications:


  • Bachelors in Any Field

Most Preferred

  • B.Ed or NET Holders

There will be 3 rounds:

  • Round 1: Assignment

  • Round 2: Presentation

  • Round 3: CEO Interview
