Associate - Learning Strategy, System & Ops

Roles and responsibilities of this job

-Learning roadmap & strategy: Define & strategize the learning roadmap, prioritize the biggest problems and define an action plan to tackle them

-Setting up systems & processes: Setup systems to run the learning and associated ops

-Content Development: (a) Develop learning objectives & structure learning activities, (b) Develop content pieces & assessments

-Working with SMEs: (a) Identifying and coordinating with SMEs, (b) Setting up processes to capture their insights on the learning objectives, subject matter and nuances required on the job, (c) Converting insights gathered to learning material, (d) Review existing content with SMEs

-Define & own content KPIs around learning effectiveness for the end user goals. Use these to identify areas for improvement in the learning journey.

-Interventions & iteration: (a) Craft scalable interventions for users who need additional support, (b) Iterate on known weak areas in the program,  

-Integrating feedback processes to assess the success of their learning material

-Working with team stakeholders: Regularly coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Program and Outcome teams

What we’re looking for

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field. Teaching experience is a plus.

-Excellent creativity and innovative thinking to design engaging and interactive learning materials

-Strong presentation skills to deliver training sessions and workshops effectively

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with SMEs, and cross-functional teams

-Analytical mindset to gather and analyze data for continuous improvement

-Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

-Passion for education, enthusiasm for making learning fun, and a commitment to improving educational outcomes
