About the Product
The CAP (Career Accelerator Program) is focused on helping aspiring PMs break into their dream role through a structured curriculum. It is one of the core verticals in the business at Upraised. The program has helped candidates transition into top companies like Razorpay, Meesho, Smallcase, Swiggy, Freshworks etc.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for stellar Inside Sales folks (individual contributors) who can grow with us. It is an incredible career opportunity for a self-starter to sharpen their skills in a high-growth environment.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who has checked most of these boxes:
1 - 5 years' experience in Consultative Sales.
Has looked after the entire sales life cycle: starting from dealing with well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrollment in the program, closure of the deal etc.
Immaculate communication skills with high EQ and IQ
A customer-centric mindset and a passion for online education.
Immediate joiners are preferred
Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Prior experience in Inside Sales or Retention Sales is a must
Startup experience is an added advantage.
Is extremely well organized & skilled in managing competing priorities
